Wharton Church of God's worship team is hosting this conference that will be lead by Grand Point Worship out of Chambersburg, Pa. Friday evening will be a worship night with doors opening at 6:30 and light refreshments will be available. Doors will open at 8am on Saturday a light breakfast will be provided. Main session will begin at 9am and will consist of times of worship, teachings about worship, and breakout sessions. Lunch will be provided. The day will wrap up around 3pm. Grand Point will be leading worship Sunday morning at Wharton Church of God. Anyone is welcome to attend that service.
Grand Point Worship is passionate about creating a worship environment where the focus moves away from ourselves and what God can do for us and shifts toward exalting God simply for who He is. The Grand Point Worship team is led by Grand Point Church’s Director of Worship Arts, Chris Clugh. With more than 25 years of worship leading experience, Chris oversees more than 100 volunteers who serve in the church’s worship and tech ministry. Chris and the team also have a deep desire to be a resource for other churches and ministries, providing training and development for worship leaders and teams. Together, the worship team has written several original songs for the church. These songs have recently been captured at a live worship night and will be released later in 2022.
